No certified backflow tester on your crew? Send us the tests. We test, tag, and turn in the reports, and your customers stay your customers.
How it works
- Send the address, the assembly type and size if you know them, and the due date, or forward the notice from the water provider
- We schedule the test anywhere from Centennial to Boulder
- Every check valve and relief valve is tested with a differential pressure gauge calibrated October 2026 and traceable to NIST
- The assembly is tagged with the service date, our business information, and the tester's certification number, as Colorado requires
- The report is filed the way that property's water provider requires, and you get a copy
Your customers stay yours
We're not after your customers' other work. We do the test and the paperwork, and the relationship stays with you. If an assembly fails, you get the results and decide who quotes the repair. If you'd rather we handle it, we can rebuild it and retest the same visit. Replacing an assembly is installation work, which in Colorado needs a licensed plumber.
Why sub out backflow tests
- No tech to certify, and no test kit to buy and keep calibrated
- Every water provider files differently: email to Denver Water, online portals in cities like Aurora, Boulder, Arvada, and Parker, and BSI Online in cities like Thornton, Westminster, and Broomfield
- Since July 2025, Colorado requires a tag on every device that's tested or repaired, with the tester's certification number on it
- Testing and repairing backflow devices doesn't require a plumbing license in Colorado; installing or removing one still does. The rules by provider →
What we test
- PVB and SVB vacuum breakers on residential and commercial irrigation
- DCVA / DC double check valve assemblies
- RPZ / RP reduced pressure assemblies on domestic, irrigation, and process lines
Fire sprinkler backflow assemblies need a separate state fire suppression registration. We test domestic, irrigation, and process assemblies.
Credentials and paperwork
- Gabriel Singer, ABPA-certified backflow tester: ABPA certification #06-2610861, current through October 2029
- Test gauge calibrated October 2026, traceable to NIST
