Drain & sewer cleaning

Kitchen, tub, floor drains, and main sewer lines. We clear the clog, then show you what caused it.

The short answer

Singer Plumbing Co. clears kitchen, bathroom, floor, and main sewer line clogs across Denver and the surrounding metro, including root cutting for tree roots in the sewer line. You get the price before work starts. Call or text (720) 818-5569.

If a drain in your house keeps backing up, the clog usually isn't where you think it is. A hardware-store snake gets through the first few feet and stops. A week later you're standing in the same puddle.

We clear kitchen lines, bathroom lines, floor drains, and main sewer lines across Denver and the surrounding metro. Professional drain machines for standard clogs and root cutters for main lines, and an honest read on whether a line that keeps failing needs more than another cleaning.

You get the price before we start. If we find something bigger once we're in there, you approve that too — no surprises on the invoice.

Signs it's more than a plunger job

  • Two or more fixtures backing up at the same time — that's the main line, not the sink
  • The toilet gurgles when the washing machine drains
  • Water rises in the shower when you flush
  • A drain clears, then clogs again within a few weeks
  • Sewage smell in the basement or crawl space

Why drains fail in north Denver

A lot of Denver-metro housing stock is from the 1960s through the 1980s, which means clay or cast-iron sewer laterals with fifty years of mature trees sitting on top of them. Roots find the joints, work their way in, and keep coming back no matter how many times the line gets augered.

Newer townhome tracts north of 136th have a different problem: shared main lines, where your backup started in a neighbor's unit. Knowing which situation you're in before anyone opens a wall saves everybody time and money.

When a line keeps backing up

If we've cleared your main line more than once in a year, the roots are coming back through a damaged joint, or there's a sag or break in the pipe. We'll tell you straight when another cleaning isn't the answer, so you're not paying for the same visit over and over.

Common questions

Drain cleaning questions

How do I know if it's my main sewer line?

If two or more fixtures back up at the same time, the toilet gurgles when the washer drains, or water rises in the shower when you flush, the clog is likely in the main line, not a single drain.

Do you clear tree roots from sewer lines?

Yes. We cut roots out of sewer laterals and clear the main line. If roots keep coming back within months, the pipe itself may be cracked or separated and need repair.

Let's get it fixed.

Call or text and tell us what's going on. A photo helps.
